Komercijalna Banka and the Fund for Innovation and Technological Development (ITDF) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, making the Bank’s financial resources and services even more favorable and accessible for micro, small and medium enterprises, including start-up companies. With its offer, Komercijalna Banka will provide the companies in this segment not only with the opportunity for financial support of their investment projects, but also with advice and a number of other benefits in using the Bank’s products and services.

The offer includes the possibility to finance the own participation of the companies- ITDF grant beneficiaries, or to finance successfully evaluated investment projects that do not use the ITDF grant due to limited funds of the Fund. Komercijalna Banka will provide credit support to these legal entities with reduced interest rates in relation to the Bank’s Interest Rates Policy.

As clients of Komercijalna Banka, they will have the opportunity to open a basic / special purpose account free of charge and to use Internet banking and mobile banking without additional subscription. At the same time, in the first three months, they will be able to make internal payments in the domestic payment operations free of charge. They also have an opportunity to be issued a debit card for legal entities, available to them without an annual membership fee for the first year. Foreign currency payment operations are also available with significantly reduced fees, and they will receive preferential commissions for overdraft facility on the company’s transaction account.

To complete the user experience, the clients of Komercijalna Banka also have the privilege to be provided training for Internet Bank and mBankaCo, as well as for an e-commerce platform. The business advices provided by our employees regarding credit-guarantee operations and on international trade financing when concluding export or import transactions shall be free of charge and available at any time.

The Fund for Innovation and Technological Development and Stopanska Banka AD Skopje signed a Memorandum of Cooperation which aims to facilitate access to finance for startup companies but also for all micro, small and medium enterprises.

The package of the bank offers basic and purpose transaction account for making payments in the domestic payment operations without fee for opening an account, account overdraft in mkd with a minimum commission for approval, access to E-banking and M-banking services and preferential commissions for transactions through E-banking service up to 70% lower than those on the counter, VISA business card without fee for annual membership fee for the first year of use. Additionally, credit lines, short-term and medium-term loans for working capital financing, long-term loans for financing investments with promotional conditions, as well as a dedicated advisor for business clients.

FITD and Sparkasse Bank Macedonia signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, which will provide greater promotion and availability of the “Step by Step” program, which will allow domestic startups to receive various packages for financial, educational and mentoring support.

Through the “Step by Step” program, startups that will apply for co-financed grants on FITD public calls, will have the opportunity to ensure their own participation on more favorable terms. Companies that operate for no more than 12 months will be able to provide a loan of up to 10,000 euros, while startups that exist for up to 3 years will be able to receive a loan in the maximum amount of 25,000 euros. The beneficiaries who will be granted a loan, will be assigned a mentor based on their needs and who will advise them on the development of their operations for a period of one year.

The Fund for Innovation and Technological Development and UNIBanka signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which opens new opportunities for financing and facilitating access to finance for micro, small and medium enterprises. Most of the benefits will be provided to start-up companies.

From the cooperation, benefit will have companies-applicants for co-financed grants of FITD, for which the bank would provide additional financial support in the part of own co-financing through more favorable conditions than the regular ones. The companies that applied but were not approved co-financing by the Fund will also receive relief.

The “UNI Innovation” package includes: 6 months without maintenance fee for the service electronic banking with unique business E-packages, transaction account without maintenance fee for the first 6 months, “My Banker” service free of charge, as well as marketing support through the bank’s channels. Namely, for all users through this package, free promotional activities will be provided.

FITD and Silk Road Bank AD Skopje signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, in order to facilitate and increase access to finance and banking products and services for the most innovative domestic companies. The Bank, through the Bizz Up product package, created with the support of the European Union and the European Investment Fund through the EaSI guarantee scheme, enables financing of micro and small enterprises, developing companies and startup companies. FITD and ProCredit Bank signed a memorandum of cooperation, with which micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, including start-up companies, will get easier access to financial resources for the realization of their innovative businesses.

The main benefit for companies will be that the bank will provide additional financial support through the Startup package, intended for startup companies.

The startup package of ProCredit Bank includes completely free maintenance of the account for the first two years from the date of establishment of the company and performing an unlimited number of transactions in the country with 0 MKD fee. In addition, the package includes a personal advisor for business customers, fully electronic banking, the lowest and fixed commissions for transactions with foreign countries and automated and free inflows abroad, the possibility of crediting after 12 months of company activity, credit card.
